Typical fruit with an intense green color and curved shape. Length of 30 cm and more, diameter of 7/8 cm, completely free of thorns, with slight hairiness and warts. To be eaten fresh in single or mixed salads.

Containing a high% of water, cucumber has diuretic, purifying and refreshing properties bringing benefits to the kidneys; contains tartaric acid capable of blocking the transformation of carbohydrates into fats, for this reason it is indicated for diets.
